HP IML Viewer = Error No System Management driver is loaded

Today I got the annoying message “No System Management driver is loaded” when I was trying to open the HP Proliant Integrated Management Log Viewer. (Image below) After trying the open the HP Proliant Integrated Management Log Viewer with administrative rights. It seems to work only when you use “Run as administrator”.
