Since a week ago I’m working on myself for the next weeks. Up to 25 times not every day but every 2 days I’m going to the gym to work on my schedule.
To be honest the start weight of my journey was 107kg, you don’t think it’s visible to me. It’s a weight that fluctuate between a lower weight level. Goal is in the end to lower down the weight but strength my muscles and my condition. Via my Instagram page I’ll upload pictures from before or after the workout on that day.
I hope that i can see the difference after these week or 8. In between I have some checks with a trainer at the gym to see my progress. After this week it felt good and every Sunday a new Fresh start..
Beside my workout I will try to write a blog post every week about random stuff. Keep following my journey to the future.
